Spring Roll


-All purpose flour(Maida)--1 cup

-Cornflour- 1/4cup

-Butter or refind veg. oil - 2 tbs.


-Onion-1/2cup thinly sliced

-Bell pepper-1/2 cup

-Carrot -1/4 cup grated

-Cabbage- 1/2 cup grated

-Green chillies

-Soya sauce-2tbs

-Refind oil -for deep frying


-U take first 4 ingredients and mix them well,then make stiff dough with help of water and set it aside for an hour.

For filling--

-Take one frying pan and add 2-3 tsp oil

-Then add all cut vegetables and saute it on medium to high flame for 5-7 min.

-Add soya sauce fry it for 5 more min.

-At the end add salt as ur taste and mix well and turn off the stove

-Make small ball from that dough

-Then roll the dough as big as a chapati

-Take 2-3 spoonfull of the the filling and spread it in the lenthwise

-Then roll the dough till the other end and seal it with the help of water

-Deep fry it till golden brown

-After 5 min. u can cut and make 2-3 pieces from a roll

-Repeat the same process with the remaining dough

-U can serve it hot with tomato ketchep
